These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pyp ("Pyp," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered roleplay tool for real estate professionals. Pyp is a product of Navpoint AI LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Company") based in Lehi, Utah.
By signing up for, accessing, or using Pyp, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pyp.
Pyp provides AI-powered phone-based roleplay practice for real estate professionals. Customers receive a dedicated practice phone number, brief the AI on a deal scenario, and engage in a simulated sales call with an AI agent that plays the role of a seller, lead, or prospect. After each session, customers receive an emailed debrief including a transcript, structured feedback, and a conversion probability rating.
Pyp is a practice tool. It is not a coach, an educator, or a substitute for professional training, mentorship, or licensed real estate education. Pyp does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice.
To use Pyp, you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Pyp is offered in three subscription tiers:
The Custom tier may include a one-time setup fee for new buyers after the founding member cap is reached. Founding members are exempt from the setup fee.
If you sign up at the founding member rate and maintain an active subscription without interruption, your rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you may be subject to the then-current pricing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our payment processor. Payment is due on the same calendar day each month, beginning on the date you subscribe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and may attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over a seven-day period. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Optional add-ons (such as the Pyp Pitch Book PDF) may be offered at checkout. These are one-time charges separate from your monthly subscription.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. To qualify for a full refund:
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and a brief description of why you're requesting a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pyp until the end of that period; no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing period unless covered by the 7-day guarantee above.
After the initial 7-day window, refunds are not provided for unused subscription time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund prior charges.
You agree to use Pyp only for legitimate professional development purposes. You may not:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
When you use Pyp, your practice calls are recorded and transcribed. By agreeing to these Terms and using Pyp, you provide your express consent to the recording of your calls in any jurisdiction from which you place them, including jurisdictions that may otherwise require two-party consent for call recording. This consent applies to all calls you make to your dedicated Pyp practice number.
You may request deletion of your transcripts and other personal data at any time by emailing [email protected].
If you do not wish to have your calls recorded, do not use Pyp. Recording is essential to delivering the service (which depends on transcription, debrief generation, and conversion probability ratings), and we cannot offer Pyp without it.
When you brief the AI agent on a deal scenario, you may share information about real properties, sellers, or leads. We strongly recommend:
We treat briefing content the same way we treat call transcripts: retained per the policy in Section 6 above. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you share complies with applicable privacy laws.
Pyp, the Pyp logo, the Pyp name, all software underlying the service, all marketing materials, scenario libraries, and AI agent prompts are the exclusive property of Navpoint AI LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pyp during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of any briefings or content you submit. By using Pyp, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content for the purposes of providing the service and improving our product.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide to us regarding Pyp may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Pyp may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions (such as our voice infrastructure provider).
We are not liable for service interruptions. If service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days), we may at our discretion offer service credits or partial refunds.
Pyp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Pyp is a practice tool. Real-world results depend on factors beyond our control, including your skill, market conditions, the specific characteristics of your leads, and many other variables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Pyp is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription per Section 4 above.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:
Upon termination, your access to Pyp ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may modify Pyp's features, pricing for new subscribers, or these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Pyp after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
For founding members, we will not increase the locked-in subscription rate during an active subscription. Other changes (feature additions, policy updates, etc.) may apply to all customers regardless of cohort.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or Pyp will be resolved through:
These provisions do not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or breach of confidentiality obligations.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Pyp.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any successor in interest.
